Founded in 2005, Flexi Covers was established to manufacture high-quality, locally made custom PVC, ripstop and marine canvas covers for the South African market.

We started from a small factory in Montague Gardens with a dedicated team and quickly built a reputation for excellence and reliability. Today we operate from a larger facility with experienced machinists, technicians and engineers.

Our long-standing relationships with leading marine and automotive brands have given us an exceptional library of patterns, specifications and technical knowledge — combined with modern manufacturing to produce everything from replacement covers to completely bespoke systems.
